Refund & Return Policy – No15 Skincare

We want you to love your skincare. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from No15 Skincare, please read our policy below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve it.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@no15skincare.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send products back without approval, as they may not be accepted or refunded.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged product).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective.
