1. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders above:
- €60 within the European Union
- $110 USD for orders to the United States
- £50 GBP for orders to the United Kingdom
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons,opened products cannot be returned.
Can I also purchase samples or trial sizes?
Would you like to see how the products from No15 skincare work for your skin? Take your time, introduce the products gradually, and allow your skin to get used to the high concentrations of active ingredients. This works best with our regular-sized products. We are convinced that even the most sensitive skin can tolerate No15 skincare's products and we dare say that almost every skin benefits from our skincare.
If however your skin doesn't respond well the products, or if you are not satisfied for any other reason you can always contact our Customer Service in that case, you will be refunded.
